Welcome to True Edition Studio! By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About True Edition Studio

True Edition Studio is an independently operated small business specializing in custom apparel, vinyl decals, stickers, personalized designs, and other creative goods.

Our products may be handmade, produced in-house, or manufactured and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners.

2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colors, and pricing.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, material differences, garment manufacturing, or the handmade nature of certain products.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where otherwise agreed or required by law.

We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. If payment has already been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at checkout through the payment methods available on our website. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

We reserve the right to review, decline, or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, prohibited content, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded as applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order details, contact information, and shipping address are accurate.

4. Personalized & Custom Orders

Certain products, including custom vehicle blueprint apparel, require customer-provided information and design approval before production.

For these products, True Edition Studio will prepare a digital design proof for review.

Customers are responsible for verifying all details shown in the proof, including spelling, text, colors, vehicle specifications, layout, and other requested elements.

Production will not begin until the customer has provided approval when a proof is required.

Once a design proof has been approved and production has begun, changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are generally not accepted for customer-approved details, changes of mind, or personal preferences.

True Edition Studio is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or expressly approved by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

If a finished product does not match the approved proof or arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

We may decline customization requests containing unlawful, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate material.

5. Customer-Submitted Designs & Intellectual Property

Customers who provide photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other materials for custom orders confirm that they own those materials or have the necessary permissions to use them for the requested purpose.

Customers agree not to submit materials that infringe another party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Customers grant True Edition Studio a limited, nonexclusive license to use submitted materials solely to design, produce, and fulfill their orders, including through production partners when necessary.

True Edition Studio reserves the right to decline requests that may violate intellectual property laws or the rights of others.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing a custom product does not transfer ownership of True Edition Studio's original artwork, design files, templates, or other intellectual property.

Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our original designs without prior written permission.

6. Production & Processing Times

Production and processing times vary depending on the product, order volume, customization requirements, and production method.

Personalized orders requiring proof approval will not enter production until the necessary information and approval have been received.

Any processing or delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

If we anticipate being unable to ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will communicate with the customer and provide any required cancellation or refund options.

7. Shipping & Delivery

True Edition Studio currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the products ordered and the available delivery methods.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment sources may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order is returned because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Please contact us if your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because many True Edition Studio products are handmade, personalized, or produced on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or customer ordering mistakes.

Personalized products are generally considered final sale once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items remain eligible for review and an appropriate remedy.

9. Website Content & Acceptable Use

All original website content, including photographs, graphics, illustrations, product designs, branding, and written materials, belongs to True Edition Studio or its respective rights holders.

Visitors may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our original content without permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.

Customers and visitors agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with its normal operation.
